THE BEST IN TOWN!! This local, family owned coffee shop has amazing drinks and is really affordable for the whole family. I love their drive through for when I’m in a rush and they also have a great, well landscaped, outdoor area with comfortable seating. I got the Cafe Dulce blended, so good! Great spot!! 10/10 recommended 🙂

My husband and I loved the coffee so much we each got two. The Cafe Dulce and Cinnamon Twist are definitely MUSTS. The kolaches were also delicious and paired great with the ice coffee. We are happy to support local businesses such as this one. Staff was very nice and even gave our baby a little chocolate milk that he loved. Will 100% become regulars here.

Stopped by Wake Espresso in Canyon Lake and tried their vanilla latte—absolutely delicious! Smooth, perfectly balanced, and just the right amount of sweetness. The walk-up and drive-thru setup is super convenient, and the service was fast and friendly. Great spot for a quality coffee on the go. Definitely coming back!

Stopped in at Wake Espresso during a mid-ride coffee break on my road bike training session, and it was perfect. They’re the only shop open early in the morning—a huge win for cyclists! I ordered a small Americano with an extra shot, and it was absolutely tasty. Service was quick and friendly, and they even let me refill my water bottles before heading back out. The outdoor seating is spot on, making it a great place to relax for a moment. Definitely my go-to stop when I’m riding through!

Such a neat shop here in Canyon Lake! Definitely needed into the area and there's so much to choose from. Everything about the property was well thought out. From the natural tree shade, large boat accessible drive thru, family/pet friendly exterior. Everything is so intentional! We tried several different drinks and a kolache and everything was so good! The lemon drop energy drink (add strawberry, it's worth it!) and the Icy Spicy Cold Brew were the favorites. Very friendly staff and quick service. Definitely worth a stop (or multiple!).

Wake Espresso is a great coffee stop in Canyon Lake and definitely worth visiting if you’re in the area. The coffee is excellent, the service is friendly, and it has a relaxed local feel that fits perfectly with a lake trip. It’s a convenient place to grab coffee before heading out to Comal Park, the boat ramps, or a day exploring Canyon Lake. The drinks are made well, and it’s the kind of place that makes the area feel more welcoming for both locals and visitors. If you’re staying nearby or passing through Canyon Lake, Wake Espresso is an easy recommendation.

I came through this morning for the first time and I had a great experience. I was greeted by Ryan and he recommended me the kolaches and they were delicious. I also got a lotus energy drink that was just as good. The overall price was fairly cheap compared to other coffee stands, definitely will be returning soon!
